Reese 2/12

 So- I wanted to share with you how cute my little girl is.  In these pictures she is about 5 1/2 months old.  Reese didn't smile the whole time.  She didn't really like the way the lady was posing her and she doesn't really like strangers right now.  Even with all of that, we think that she still looks cute.

 She got the monkey from Paige when she was born and the pink blanket from Lauren.  I thought it would be nice to have some of her things in the pictures.

Paige got braces on March 6th.  She is SO excited about them.  It really has changed her smile already. It is fun to see her feel the braces.  The first hour she had them she couldn't stop making different faces and feeling them.  It was great to watch.  She has been really good at taking care of them and being  grownup about facing the pain that comes with braces.

Wonderful times 2/11/12

 So- I just have to say that I have the best husband ever!!!  Here is just one of the reasons why I say this.  This year he heard about a daddy daughter dance and wanted to take his three oldest girls.  So they all got all dressed up and headed out for their date.  It was so fun to watch and take part in.  Brianna really didn't want to dress up but- well, we made her.  :)  Paige and Lauren were excited when I told them that I would do their hair and put a little bit of makeup on them.

 Lauren was nervous about going because she said she didn't know how to dance.  But- I told her  that a lot of people just jump up and down.  After that she was excited and happy to go.

 Apparently Paige was the one kid that was willing to dance floor her dad with out to many worries.   Later she was  found spending time dancing with her friends.

 Brianna didn't like dancing at all.  Shane pulled her out and grabbed her arms and made them sway back and forth.  Our friends all thought that it was funny and took some video with their cell phones.  Later Brianna would be found wandering around the dance so Shane wouldn't be able to find her and make her dance.

 When they got home they were all smiles.  Even Brianna was excited about her date with her dad.  Shane has made it a date that he will be looking forward to be doing again for many years to come.

 When the girls got home they brought Ryker a balloon and some glow sticks.  He was so happy for such caring sisters.  Thank you girls for thinking of him.

 Here are some pictures of the girls at the dance.    Have you ever wished that you could change into a fly so you could see how your kids are without you being there???  This is one of those nights for me.
Thank you Shane for being the dad that I always wished I had.   I know that your girls are going to grow up and be grateful for the time that you put forth into being the dad that cares for them.  I love you.

Love the baby

 There is not very many times in a day when we have Reese not with someone.  Everyone loves to hold and love on her.  I think she can be a little spoiled.  On this morning Ryker wanted to be where ever Reese was.

 Lauren wanted to join in on the action.  Paige got this cute toy for Reese and she has found it to be fun.

 Brianna loves to take care of her little sister.  But- really only enjoys it when no one else is around so she doesn't have to share Reese.

 Paige is a little mommy.  Reese will be happy in her swing or playing on the floor and Paige will go over and scoop her up and start carrying her around.  I don't know how many time I've asked her to just leave her there because she was happy where she was at.  When ever I need help she is the one that I ask first because she is always ready to help.

 Ryker was taking a nap and I had to get a picture of all my girls.  It seems so weird that I have four girls.  I love them all and have been truly blessed to have all of them.

My Snow Bunnies Feb 2012

Shane was able to take B & P skiing one more time in Feb.  This time they were able to spend most of the time off of the bunny hill.  They really got the hang of it and enjoyed their time on the mountain.  Some lady was nice enough to ask if they wanted their picture taken.  Thank you nice lady!  :)

Here are some pictures of the girls taking a little break.  B stole Shane's poles.  He won't let them have poles yet.  He says they need to have better control over their skis first.    I don't know when that will be.  Shane is looking forward to taking up Lauren next year and maybe if he is really daring he will take Ryker.

 Oh- look how cute our little girl is.  Can you believe that she is already 5 months old.  Where does time go???

 We just love her ridge when she raises her eye brows and those chubby cheeks.

There is nothing sweeter then a sleeping baby.  We love you Reese!!!

Funny things kids do

Kids sometimes do the funniest things like putting themselves in time out.  Lauren one day did something that Shane and I didn't like and a few minutes later we found Lauren like this.  Another funny thing is we never put them in time out by putting their noses in a corner.  A few days later Ryker put himself in time out on the stairs.  That is the place we put them.  I just LOVE kids.
