Visiting Friends 01-19-08

Brianna and Ali being silly .
Paige, Lauren, and Aubry getting ready to play a game. Shane is reading a newspaper which can take him hours since we don't get one. (We never will because of that!)
Camden riding his big wheel up and down the hall and kitchen. The kids all thought this was a fun thing to do. Below is their newest addition she is two months older then Lauren. Her name is Kaylyn. She is walking and keeping them all on their toes. Lauren watched her walk around and when we got home she was very unsatisfied that she wasn't mobile. Since them she is really trying. In fact today she lifted her self up and stood holding on the mega saucer.
Since we have called this little town our home we have seen many of our friends come and go. Luckily for us some of our friends still live close enough for us to visit. This weekend we were able to go and visit the Garza family. The girls look forward to visiting them every time. This weekend we were able to go to their new home. It was fun to see them and there excitement of their new purchase.
Every time we see them the boys get to go and do something while the girls say with the kids this time we decided that it was our turn. We went out for dinner and saw 27 dresses. I thought it was a very funny movie but wouldn't own it because of the language. Next time the boys will be able to go out golfing our to a movie. After the kids were in bed we would play games. My favorite game is Sequence. We always play girls against boys. The girls almost always win. The only time I can recall the boys winning was when Stephanie and I were both pregnant. (Our brains didn't quite work that night!)
We enjoy seeing them and look forward to seeing them again soon. The girls have been asking when we are going to see them since the day we left!

How far away do they live?

They live about one and half hours away. Not bad since most of our drives are much longer then that.
