This winter has been a great one. We loved the snow but with such great snow brought great challenges such as driving up our hill, shoveling snow up over our heads. There was one even greater it was taking care of branches that would break off the trees because of the amount of snow on each and every limb of the trees. We were lucky some trees in our town fell completely down we only had large limbs break and none fell on the house. Shane spent hours outside cutting the branches into sizes that we could take care of them. Once spring hit everyone had big piles of broken branches ready to go to the recycling center.
This winter wonderland has now gone we will miss the snow until next winter or so we thought we woke up yesterday (June 10th) and Shane said Vonae you better go cover you garden. Yep, it was snowing. Crazy, we thought thankfully it didn't stick and it was 36 degrees so I didn't have to cover the garden. We are still waiting for our summer weather and are starting to wonder if we are going to get it this year!
