This is the new Brigham City temple that is being built. It is beautiful!!!! Grandpa and Grandma would have loved to have the temple so close. The kids loved to see the workers especially the ones on the roof.
We thought we would stop and see Grandma and Grandpa while we were passing through to show the kids. It has been a long time since we have done this. Some of the kids were were either too young to remember or haven't had the opportunity to visit. We saw Uncle Ken's grave while we were there and it was the first time because we weren't able to go to his funeral.
One of the first things that we did on our trip was go to Hogle Zoo. There isn't a big zoo around where we live so we thought this was our chance. We were lucky enough to have Emily come with us. It was a lot of fun to have her with us!
Watching the birds was one of the neatest things for all of us.

Lauren being stubborn. She didn't want to get in the picture with the cookie monsters so I took one with her throwing a fit! Although from this picture it looks like she is having fun throwing her fit!
Ryker didn't like the dinosaurs. Well- I take that back he did like the little ones. To get this picture Shane had to pick him up and put him up there. I think there might have been some tears when he saw the dinosaurs.
Shane wanted to get a picture of me so we all got around this gorilla. As you can see I was again very pregnant (8months). Ryker didn't mind the gorilla.
As we were leaving we stopped to get a picture at the sign. We had a lot of fun and the weather was a little hot but it did sprinkle a little on us which felt great!
Grandma and Papa came to Utah too. We all came for Alicia's baptism. It was fun to have us all together. Heath and Stephanie were great hosts. Thanks for letting us all stay, play and eat GREAT food.

Ever since we had our Family reunion Ryker has been stuck on playing guitars. He LOVES them and while he was at it he added the hat. He tried on a few different ones until he decided that this was the hat for him.
